Joan Brough

~  Marketing Director  ~

Joan is an artist shaped by the warmth of generational tradition and the thrill of the spotlight. Her earliest creative memories are steeped in music, dating back to age five, as she sat with her grandmothers, learning the language of the piano. The call of the stage soon followed: by age eight, she made her musical debut, finding her footing (literally!) while dancing on the feet of her older brother.

Today, Joan remains a dedicated, lifelong student of her craft. To continually evolve, she has immersed herself in advanced training, including a five-day master class in the powerful Fitzmaurice Breathwork technique under the guidance of Catherine Fitzmaurice. She is currently deepening her dramatic work through adult acting study with Andra Thorne at The Acting Spot. When not dedicating time to her family—her husband and four daughters—Joan channels her passion into vibrant community performances, often gracing the stage at CenterPoint Theatre in Centerville, Utah.

Her artistic philosophy is perfectly encapsulated by the words she lives by: “Love the art in yourself, not yourself in the art.” For Joan, creativity is a continuous journey of humility, mastery, and joy.
